Refunds
Building an invitation is free for as long as you like. You pay when you are ready for your guests to open it — so the question a refund turns on is simple: has anybody seen it yet?

Utsav — until a guest opens it
Full refund of ₹2,999, any time before the first guest opens your invitation, up to 14 days after you pay.
Once a guest has opened it, the invitation has done its job and we cannot refund it.
A refund takes your invitation offline. Any links you have already sent will stop working, so if you have sent them, talk to us before asking for one.
Shahi — until we start
Shahi is our time rather than a product: we write your invitation with you, set it up, and import your guest list. Full refund any time before we begin, and we will tell you the day we start — it appears on your dashboard as “We began work on…”, with the date.
After that it is not refundable, because the work has been done. If your date moves or the wedding is called off, we will move the work to your new invitation instead.
We do not do partial refunds
A payment is refunded in full or not at all. If you upgraded and would rather step back down, we can refund the upgrade on its own and leave your invitation live on the plan underneath it.
Always, whatever else this page says
If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not get, or something of ours did not work — that is our mistake and we refund it in full, straight away.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Write to us at [email protected] with the payment reference from your payments page. We answer every request ourselves — there is no form and no queue.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, and take 5–7 working days to arrive once we have sent them. That last part is your bank’s timing rather than ours.
Plans are bought per invitation, so an account with more than one wedding on it has more than one payment, and each is judged on its own.
